Initial Consultation
To offer you the quality of service we promote as part of the experience in dealing with The Luxe Group, it is important that we get to know you - what your likes and dislikes are, your particular circumstances (holidaying or a resident to Australia) and what services you may be interested in. Equally it is important that you have an opportunity to get to know us and ask questions about our organisation and service. The first meeting whether in person or by phone is free, and you are under no obligation.

Standard casual rate:
$100 per hour excl. GST

Hour blocks:
3 hours @ $250 excl. GST
5 hours @ $400 excl. GST
10 hours @ $800 excl. GST

Gift Certificates
May be purchased in 1 hour increments.

Terms & Conditions
Once an agreement to provide you with our services has been made hourly rates will be charged in 15 minute blocks, with a minimum 15 minutes for 'in office' jobs and a minimum 30 minutes for 'out of office' jobs. If hour blocks are purchased all jobs will be charged in 15 minute blocks. Third party suppliers are charged additionally at standard rates. Payment can by made via cash, direct debit or credit card.
